About Us

Willett Lodge Nursing Home in Worthing, West Sussex is a privately owned Nursing Home and is registered with CQC to provide Nursing care for up to 20 elderly people over the age of 65, who have Dementia. Willett Lodge is Registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission).
All of our rooms at Willett Lodge are single, some with their own wash basins and independent toilet facilities. All our bedrooms have a Nurse call System and electric profiling beds.
We take great pride in maintaining an ethos of keeping Willett Lodge as a person’s home.
We believe our most significant achievements lie in our numerous successes in helping people who have become more vulnerable, assisting them to regain the power to choose how they live.
We welcome and encourage Relatives’ involvement in the daily life of our residents.
Prior to admission to Willett Lodge, an assessment is carried out to establish if the needs of the resident can be met at the Home. When the resident moves to the home, the assessment is reviewed and individual Risk Assessments and care plans drawn up. These are reviewed on a monthly basis.
We have been successful on numerous occasions, helping people in the Community with difficulties associated with Dementia.
In 2018, we were the home of choice for the Dementia Crisis Service and awarded a contract to host a place for the local Dementia Crisis Service (now Intensive Support Unit). Working alongside mental health professionals, Willett Lodge Nursing Home was successful every time in managing people’s difficulties within a short span of time.
We also except Emergency admissions where there may be no time to carry out pre-admission assessments.

…because we believe sincerity is the foundation of compassion.”

The definition of Meaningful differs from person to person; so we recognise and incorporate this into our personalised care for residents.
