Our Rooms

Our aim is to create a home that felt truly warm and cosy, with bedrooms that are light and airy but also offered soft comfort. Every bedroom can be completely customised, and we encourage all residents to bring furniture, soft furnishings and ornaments to make their space their own. Our rooms have a LED flat screen TV/DVD with a nurse call system. Our bath and shower facilities are customised to the resident’s needs and include a ‘Parker’ bath.

Portable ceiling track hoists

Electric bathroom hoists and moveable hoists

Temperature controlled water in each room

Communal Areas

Willett Lodge has three main communal areas;

TV Lounge/Dining Room

We have a large, spacious activities room which has direct access to the garden. This provides a space for all residents to come and go as they choose, with activities such as puzzles, cards and a TV to enjoy their favourite programmes.

Quiet Lounge

Additionally, we have a large quiet lounge which is often used for socialising and relaxing. Our team are always around to give a helping hand or bring a cup of tea to residents.

Library

Our library is another quiet area situated at the end of the building where residents can enjoy a selection of books and overlook the secure garden.

Secure Garden

Our Secure decked garden is specially designed for residents to enjoy the outdoors with benches and also for families to spend time with their loved ones.

Celebrations

We also have regular parties and celebrations where our cooks put on a spread and we invite all relatives, friends and families and of course, the teams family too! These are wonderful occasions with all generations coming together within the home to have some fun!
